Strawberry Crunch Shortcake is an 8" round, 3 layers of strawberry cake filled and topped with strawberries and glaze and frosted with whipped cream.   Strawberry crunch covers the sides.   Because of the height of the cake and the filling between the layers the cake must be kept level at all times.
